WESIMANI NIG LIMITED recognizes that effective Quality Management of its activities is essential if it is to provide a Quality Service and product fit for purpose, comprising components, subassemblies and Control Systems that comply with or exceed the defined contractual requirements with regard to technical specifications, reliability and Quality Standards for its clients, so far as is reasonably practicable.
To meet these obligations, the company has set standards for the achievement, sustenance and effective monitoring of its performance through implementation of an integrated Management System designed to cater for the key elements of Quality Assurance (as required by ISO 9001:2000 Standard).
The details of these elements and the methods which the Company has adopted to effectively plan, organize, control, monitor and review are outlined in this Quality Plan. The WESIMANI management personnel work to achieve the under listed Quality Objectives: Sustaining the required Quality level on our products and services so as to continually meet the customers / clients' needs.Justifying the confidence reposed on them by the management that the intended Quality being achieved is sustained. Personnel should provide confidence to the customer that the intended Quality is being or will be achieved in the delivered product or service.
In addition, all our personnel work in accordance with the Quality Manual, Procedures, Standards and work instructions.
All contractual activities are planned, controlled and documented in a systematic way in accordance with the Quality Plan specific to this Project. Records is maintained to substantiate the control applied throughout each operation carried out by our company so as to provide evidence of the Quality levels achieved and possibly measurable gains of such control. Our operations enable the company to certify the Quality of the products or services supplied to the client whenever required.
The Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer is designated over all authority and responsibility for the establishment of all Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements. He delegates this function to the Project Director or Project Manager, at his discretion.
The responsibility for monitoring and implementing the Quality Management System is vested with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager who reports directly to the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer or Project Director as the case may be. The intent of this policy and the implementation of the Quality Management System focus on acceptable standards of performance of this Company and have the personal commitment and support of the Chairman / Chief Executive Officer, who has signed below, and the company personnel.
